Employment Policy
Care for employees is an essential part of our company's policy. This is an area that we develop constantly, being aware that people are the foundation of our company. In the company was at the and of 2008 113 permanently employed staff, the average age being 34 years.
The employment policy is directed at the motivation of employees. Therefore, employees are motivated with constant investment into their know-how. In 2008, we assigned 117.000€ in funds for education and training of employees

Everyone participates in development and growth
It is important for us that employees are actively included in the development and growth of the company. This means that:
- we encourage all the employees to develop new ideas,
- we seek and introduce new and more efficient
working procedures at all the levels and fields of working processes, and
- we make it possible for every employee to develop his or her own creative abilities, thus strengthening creativity.
In 2005, we began performing annual discussions, including all the staff of Polycom, from the lowest to the highest level.
